Ezinne Ijeoma is the founder of Face of Joy International UK. An Interdenominational Ministry/Charity based in Woolwich South East London that works in the community to support the less privileged, homeless, elderly and young people. She has put her ear firmly to God’s chest to hear from Him and make a difference in the world. She is passionate to encourage and motivate lives to be the best God has created them to be. As a Face of Joy, she has impacted many lives, young people and missionaries in the work of God. She was raised by Christian parents where she experienced rich Christian heritage of bold evangelism and strong doctrinal teaching. Her lifestyle is regarded by many as compelling and innovative. She has travelled to many parts of the world as an Evangelist and medical missionary, supporting people by teaching and preaching the gospel and raising health awareness in deprived areas of the world such as Rwanda, Kenya, India, Philippines, Nigeria, Benin Republic, United states, Ukraine.
She holds health awareness workshops in the community and churches in the UK. She teaches Mental health Awareness to faith groups and conducts sessions in her borough to support the community to know different types of health issues affecting the community as a whole. The charity feeds the homeless four times a week, offering hot food, sandwiches and drinks to people. They also partner with hospital and Prison Association network to visit the prisons and detention centres. The office in Woolwich acts as an interactive hub where young people, the homeless, less privilege and the entire community come in for support, questions and advice.
According to Ezinne “part of God’s mandate is for me to lead people to know God personally, understand their purpose in life and know what it takes to begin a relation with God. I desire to see the gifts God has deposited in people harnessed. My drive and passion for souls stems from watching lives changing and transformed by the power of God. I have witnessed on countless occasions broken lives and dream restored and healing taking place, one person at a time, knowing that every life impacted is a nation unleashed to express a life of joy and peace”.
She is an author, motivational keynote speaker, ministers at conferences both in the UK, Africa, United States, Asia to name a few. She has served in the Body of Christ/ Church in different capacity such as Deaconess, Evangelist, and Reverend amongst other offices. She is an ordained Apostle, an office she was ordained into by International Faith Ministry Kenya in 2013. Her ministry has in India alone has over 200 pastors under her covering, whom she mentors and equip for the work of rural and town evangelism. In India currently, a church building project is on the way to rebuild a church burnt down by the Hindus. In Uganda, Face of Joy international has made inroads in the hinterlands and currently supporting and educating orphans and less privileged children in school, including opening a radio station for the propagation of the gospel.
Ezinne is a Nurse Practitioner who holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Mental health studies. She resigned from The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and now works as a Locum staff to enable her the flexibility to serve her community and world better. She has in her Nursing career worked with the Elderly, Drug and Alcohol abuse, Dementia and Alzheimer disease and Psychosis. A career that that has enabled her through her faith become an interface to create health awareness within faith groups and has succeeded in giving information on how to connect spiritually whilst looking after physical and mental health.
She anchors a radio programme and Prayer Summit called The Great Exchange. She also holds Prayer Jumpstart, a Facebook online prayer meeting with many testimonies recorded on that platform.
